Our CrossFit Rohkeus family really represented at the Granite Games Throwdown this weekend at CrossFit Waukesha.

We had 8 teams (of 3), which was 1/8th of all teams competing. Our teams took 3 podium spots, which is 1/4th of all podium spots. Not bad!

To everyone who competed: you did amazingly well, you were so fun to watch, you made us all proud, and you should all be 100% proud of yourselves! 💪💪👊👊

And a special thanks goes to our Rohkee members who came out to judge and all those who were there to cheer everyone on (and livestream to those who couldn’t be there in person). We definitely had the biggest, loudest cheering section!

It was a FANTASTIC day!
