We’re excited to announce some new classes coming this month!

Boot Camp is for you if who want a fantastic, high intensity workout with a lot of variety (you won’t get bored!) but you’re not yet sure if CrossFit is for you.

We’re also adding CrossFit classes for middle school and high school students who want to stay in shape or get in shape over the summer.

And we’re adding yoga classes since yoga is a terrific complement to CrossFit. The yoga classes are included with your monthly membership or you can use a CrossFit Rohkeus punchcard to attend yoga classes.
